Here’s good news for passengers looking for more travel options between Atlanta and Los Angeles. American Airlines recently announced it will be launching nonstop flights between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) starting from March 5, 2015. Flight tickets are already up for sale now.
The launch of the new route to Atlanta is aimed at further expanding the airline’s network from its Los Angeles hub, a major gateway for international as well as domestic travel. The new route will provide easy accessibility to travelers from Atlanta aiming to visit the premier leisure and business destination of Los Angeles. The service will enable travelers from Atlanta to efficiently connect to eight destinations on the airline’s network such as Phoenix, Philadelphia, New York LaGuardia, Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago O’Hare and Charlotte.
With the start of new flights to Atlanta, AA will now be serving a total of 55 international and domestic destinations from its Los Angeles hub. The destinations include Shanghai, Tokyo Narita, Tampa, San Antonio, British Columbia, Vancouver, Alberta, Edmonton and Sao Paulo.
The airline’s customers traveling in business class flights from Los Angeles would be able to make use of the Flagship Check-in service breezing through dedicated security lanes. They will also be able to enjoy exceptional amenities and personalized service at the Admirals Club and Flagship Lounge situated in Terminal 4 of the Los Angeles International Airport. The customers will also be offered complimentary chauffeur-driven airport transfer service. American Airlines has also indicated that it will be rolling out luxury airport transfer program at New York JFK, New York La Guardia and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport by 2014 end.
