American Airlines links up with British Airways, Iberia to offer cheap flights to Europe

American Airlines recently joined hands with oneworld members British Airways and Iberia to offer special discounted airfares for travel between various US cities and Europe starting as low as $250 one-way, based on roundtrip Economy Class travel.

Cheap tickets to London, Paris, Dublin and other European cities are available for booking on ‘Fare Sale to Europe’ offer. Passengers can book cheap flights latest by January 24, 2012 on this offer. Sale fares are valid for outbound travel through April 1, 2012 and all travel at these low fares should be completed by up till September 26, 2012. Passengers must buy airline tickets on this offer at least seven days prior to travel.

According to American Airlines, the inexpensive flight tickets on this offer are valid for travel between the US and Europe Monday through Thursday. However, other days are subject to higher fares. The discounted airfares are also valid for travel between the US and UK Monday through Wednesday, while other days are subject to higher fares. A Saturday night stay is required. Maximum stay allowed is 180 days.
