British Airways to introduce Height Cuisine, serve Drambuie 15 Scotch whiskey in business class

British Airways recently announced major changes to onboard food. The airline said that it is going to bring changes in the manner airplane food is served to passengers and what they actually think about them.

As part of its new initiative, British Airways has now decided to introduce Height Cuisine onboard. According to the airline, the average person loses about 30 percent of his/her taste at cruising altitude. The airline is bringing about the required changes keeping in view the tastes of passengers at cruising altitude.

British Airways has for quite some time been working along with experts to perfect catering improvements, which ultimately makes passengers happy.

The airline will now serve First and Business Class passengers Drambuie 15, the award-winning premium aged Scotch whiskey liquor, on British Airways long-haul flights.

The World Traveler Plus (premium economy) customers will for the first time will be able to enjoy Club World (Business Class) meals.

The airline is also introducing an array of tasty new options for Club World (Business Class) customers, which includes Hereford beef and corn fed chicken for main courses. While, as part of the afternoon tea service the airline will serve elegant finger sandwiches and miniature pastries.

The Club World customers will also be able to enjoy new premium vintages like Taittinger. The First Class customers will be served the latest champagne Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle.

The new catering improvements will be carried out over a period of five years.
