Caribbean Airlines increasing North American and regional routes for Carnival 2012

Caribbean Airlines recently announced that it will add more flights on its North American and regional routes to Trinidad for Carnival 2012.

Trinidad and Tobago’s state-owned carrier said in a statement that it will increase seat capacity on the Miami, Orlando, New York and Toronto routes to meet the growing demand for the carnival season.

Besides, Caribbean Airlines disclosed that it has also added additional nonstop flights to and from Barbados and Kingston.

The airline will deploy a Boeing 747 aircraft configures with 451 economy class seats and 23 business class seats to operate additional flights to Trinidad from New York. With the additional flights the airline will be offering five daily departures between New York and Trinidad.

The airline further said that it has added flights to Trinidad on Miami and Orlando routes and has deployed Boeing 737 fleet to operate the flights. According to the airline, an extra daily return service between Trinidad and Toronto will operate during the period, with 3 daily flights on select days.
