Cathay Pacific Direct Adelaide Hong Kong Flight

Cathay Pacific announced recently that it would be launching three weekly flights to Hong Kong from Adelaide; starting this November.  As of now, all the flights from Adelaide stop via Melbourne and add a few extra hours to the travel time.

Cathay Pacific would turn these flights into direct ones from November 24 and would have a Monday, Thursday and Saturday frequency. Others flights would continue as they are right now. With this move, passengers would get more options when looking for cheap flights.

A bigger cheap flights inventory would also help Australia pull up its tourism industry. Once the direct flights are underway, they would allow passengers looking for cheap tickets and same day connections to fly from Hong Kong to other destinations like India, China and elsewhere the same day.
