Cathay Pacific to offer Swire cuisine in its business class

After partnering with Swire hotels, Cathay Pacific is all set to serve lip smacking cuisine to its first and business class passengers.

The dishes would start getting served from November on flights departing Hong Kong. The airline would offer a rich selection of dishes found on Swire Hotels menu in Beijing and Hong Kong.

A total of 30 or more dishes would be made available to passengers flying in business class from November 1 to January 31, 2012. The promotion would run for three months and passengers would get to taste delectable food from the following Swire Hotel outlets:

  • Café Gray Deluxe (Michelin 1 star)
  • Feast (Food by EAST)
  • Sureño
  • Bei
