Cathy Pacific unveils the new look of its First Class Section

Cathy Pacific travelers flying on first class tickets are up for a pleasant surprise. The Hong Kong based carrier has refurbished its interiors to give passengers the ultimate taste of luxury high in the air. London-based architects Foster + Partners have redesigned the interiors to give the first class section a marvelous makeover.

The new seats are a delight to look at. They are made of soft leather and custom-made fabric. The 4.3-inch LCDs will now contain touch-screen controls for the comfort of the passengers. These controls will help passengers adjust seat and lighting. Noise control headsets from Bose have been introduced which offer ultimate privacy to customers through their stint with entertainment. Each seat also comes with a multi-port connector for personal usage.

The airline held a ceremony to reveal the look of its brand new alteration and invited the Marco Polo Club members to participate. The frequent flier club members were privileged to witness the brand new look of their favorite airline.

The refreshed first class is equipped with adjustable meal tables, more space in the personal cabinet and extra room in the console to stock personal items.

Toby Smith, Cathay Pacific’s General Manager Product expressed his pleasure at the unveiling of the first class suites. He said that their first class is a hit with travelers. He said that the airline decided to refurbish the award-winning suites to match the contemporary demands and enhance the experience of passengers.
