Etihad Airways recently introduced its own tailor-made menu called Mezoon Grille exclusively for its First Class flights. The menu has been prepared by the personal chef of the airline, and is now being offered to passengers traveling from New York to UAE.
Called ‘Mezoon Grille’, this exclusive menu is in fact a hand-picked choice of delicately prepared mains, exquisitely presented sides and mouth-watering desserts, freshly prepared to the personal taste of passengers traveling in Etihad Airways’ Diamond First Class.
According to the airline, the Mezoon Grille menu features a variety of premium produce, including beef, chicken, lamb and seafood, along with a range of delicate sauces, sides and delicious desserts, all of which will be prepared as per first class passengers’ personal choices.
The airline stated that its onboard chef will be taking the orders of passengers at their table, and will personally guide their meal choice offering expert advice on creating or adapting their dishes. With this offering, the airline promises a unique 5-star hotel and leading restaurant experience onboard their flights.
Etihad Airways in a statement said that its ‘Taste Of Arabia’ menu offers the finest delicacies from the region, across a 6-course Middle Eastern tasting menu.
Currently, the Mezoon Grille is being served on Etihad Airways flights to Sydney, Melbourne, London and Paris, as well as across the entire Diamond First Class fleet.
