Gulf Air announces exclusive promotional offer for flights to India on eve of Independence Day

Bahrain’s national flag carrier Gulf Air has announced exclusive promotional offer for flights to Indian cities. This offer has been unveiled to mark the Independence Day celebrations in India.

According to the airline, the air tickets on this exclusive Independence Day promotional offer can be booked up till August 15, 2012. The offer is valid for travel starting from August 13 through August 31, 2012.

Gulf Air is offering 10 percent off on its airfares for travel to Bahrain, Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, Dammam, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Jeddah from Mumbai and Delhi. The flights can be booked for travel in Economy Class and Falcon Gold premium classes.

Karim Makhlouf, Chief Commercial Officer of Gulf Air, said that the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain is proud to join the 65th Independence Day celebrations of India and has decided to offer exclusive discounts to its Indian customers. He pointed out that Bahrain is presently the second home to about 400,000 Indians, including professionals, workers and businessmen.
