Hawaiian Airlines new Boeing 767s to get next-generation IFE systems

Hawaiian Airlines recently said that it is planning to install next-generation in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems in its new Boeing 767 fleet.

Mark Dunkerley, CEO Hawaiian Airlines, said that the airline is already talking to the providers of IFE systems and is expected to take a decision in coming 6 to 8 months.

At present, Hawaiian Airlines’ Airbus A330s are equipped with the traditional Panasonic Avionics' eX2 IFE system. The airline is at present operating four A330s and expects the delivery of 13 more aircrafts soon.

The airline has now decided to install next-generation IFE systems in its newer Boeing 767s. With the installation of new IFE systems on Hawaiian Airlines flights, the passengers can look forward to a great travel experience.

Hawaiian Airlines is also currently operating 17 Boeing 767s on Asia and US west coast routes.
