JetBlue Airways new interline partnership with TAM Airlines to connect travelers to Brazil

JetBlue Airways recently announced that it has entered into a new interline partnership with TAM Airlines in order to connect passengers to Brazil and beyond via Orlando International Airport and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.

The new agreement will allow the passengers of both the airlines to buy a single e-ticket itinerary. The combining flights on the networks of both the carriers will also offer the passengers baggage check-in and one-stop ticketing.

Under the agreement, the customers of TAM Airlines will be able to connect to several JetBlue destinations that include Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington D.C., Hartford, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Newark. On the other hand, the customers of JetBlue will also be able to connect to TAM destinations that include Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires; Asuncion in Paraguay; Montevideo in Uruguay; and 45 other cities across Brazil.

JetBlue Airways is currently operates flight services to above 20 destinations across the US, Latin America and Caribbean from Orlando International Airport. While, TAM Airlines offers several daily departures from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to Rio de Janeiro Galeão and Sao Paulo Guarulhos in Brazil. Besides, TAM also provides twice-daily service to Sao Paulo from Orlando.
