JetBlue launches three daily flights to Port-au-Prince in Haiti

JetBlue Airways, the budget carrier of the United States just recently commenced three daily services to Port-au-Prince in Haiti. The airline simultaneously inaugurated once daily service between New York and Port-au-Prince and twice-daily flights between Fort Lauderdale and Port-au-Prince.

Port-au-Prince is the carrier’s overall 82nd destination. It is also its 24th international destination. Passengers will now be able to book cheap airfares with the carrier from two different cities to fly to Toussaint Louverture International Airport (PAP) every day. The airline operates out of its main base in John F. Kennedy International Airport.

As per the schedule, flights will depart Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport at 6:30 am each day and arrive in Port-au-Prince at 8:25 am. The return flight will depart Port-au-Prince at 9:25 am and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 11:34 am. The second flight will depart Fort Lauderdale at 12:40 pm and arrive in Port-au-Prince at 2:38 pm. The return flights will depart Port-au-Prince at 3:34 pm and arrive in Fort Lauderdale at 5:45 pm.

Flights will depart from New York JFK at 6:30 am everyday and arrive in Port-au-Prince at 10:13 am. Return flights will depart Port-au-Prince at 11:10 am and arrive in New York 3:07 pm. Port-au-Price is the capital city of the Caribbean country of Haiti. The city is located on the Gulf of Gonave. The city is the chief port and a commercial hub of Haiti.
