New business class seats on Austrian Airlines European flights

Austrian Airlines recently announced it has embarked on an ambitious plan to revamp its entire fleet. The airline is overhauling its fleet and currently installing new fully flat business class seats.

The airline in a statement said that customers booking business class tickets would get a new flying experience when traveling to Europe after the overhaul is complete.

According to the airline, for nearly every seat direct aisle access is provided. This will offer a good option to customers when traveling to Europe in new business class cabins.

The airline disclosed that its new business class seats have been designed in similar fashion as being currently used on Finnair, Brussels Airlines and Swiss International Air Lines.

Providing further details about the new seats, the airline stated that the seats are in fact fully flat business class beds that are arranged in a staggered layout providing solo travelet-friendly seats. The airline said that 80 percent of passengers traveling in business class cabins would be able to get direct aisle access.
