Philippines’ flag carrier in a statement said that people have started reposing confidence in the airline and operations have started returning to normal in time for the holidays. The airline said that the holiday period, particularly Christmas and New Year, is one of the busiest times of the year for the carrier.
Lucio Tan, CEO of Philippine Airlines, said that people have responded warmly to the “12 Days of Christmas” ticket sale thus indicating that flight disruption worries that plagued Philippine Airlines in the past 12 months were over and a thing of the past.
