Qantas Airways new Business Suite to debut on A330s in December

Whether you are traveling on domestic or international flights, a whole new experience awaits you when booking business class tickets on Qantas Airways. Australia’s flagship carrier Qantas Airways is all set to debut its new “Business Suite” on its entire Airbus A330 aircrafts fleet.

According to the airline, the customers can look forward to a great flying experience in the new Business Suites effective from December 2014. The new initiative is part of the airline’s strategy to remain ahead of its global as well as domestic competitors.

Qantas Airways has decided to offer Business Suite on its highly popular Asian routes such as Hong Kong and Singapore. The airline will aim to directly compete with the business class offerings made by Cathay Pacific Airways and Singapore Airlines.

The premier Australian carrier has also made extensive plans to take on its domestic rival Virgin Australia. The airline will be offering its upgraded Airbus A330 aircrafts on the profitable east-west routes and give worrying times to Virgin Australia.

Media reports recently said that Virgin Australia is itself trying very hard for quite some time now on its next-gen business class seats. The airline’s plan is yet to fructify.

Alan Joyce, CEO of Qantas Airways, seems to be highly pleased at the moment with Qantas Airways plans to introduce new Business Suite. He said that Business Suite will undoubtedly be among the best domestic business class to be offered so far anywhere in the world. To help realize its dream, Qantas Airways sought the services of best ergonomics experts and frequent flyers’ feedback to design the Business Suite.
