Qatar Airways launches new amenity kits for first, business class

Qatar Airways recently introduced its new range of amenity kits for its first class and business class customers. The airline entered into partnership with Italian skincare brand Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio and luggage designer BRICS for creating the amenity bags. The airline in a statement said that it is committed to providing its customers “with the finest keepsake amenity kits”.

Akbar Al Baker, Chief Executive of Qatar Airways Group, said, “The amenity kits to be provided in Business Class are greatly influenced by the luggage designer BRICS’ Sintesis line of trolley bags which provide functionality with style and are of innovative lightweight materials. However, the amenity kits to be offered in First Class would be of BRICS’ Bellagio series bags prominently featuring full grain leather inserts paired with high-tech shell designed with contrasting stitching accents, with Tuscan leather trim.”

The amenity kits to be offered in both travel classes would be in four colors. The women passengers would be offered a choice of white and burgundy kits, while for men it will be in black and grey. Products from Italian environmentally friendly olive oil company Castello Monte Vibiano Vechio would comprise the part of amenity kits. The amenity kits for business class customers would comprise of anti-ageing moisturizer, hydrating facial mist and lip balm. The products would be the same for first class customers, with an addition of Night recovery cream. Apart from these, other items include a hair brush, socks, ear plugs and eye masks.

Meanwhile, in another development Qatar Airways has recently launched another series of amenity kits for its short-haul and medium-haul flights. This comes immediately after the launch of new amenity kits for first class and business class customers in partnership with BRICS and Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio on long-haul flights. The amenity kits for short-haul and medium-haul flights have been launched in partnership with New Delhi-based travel and accessory brand Nappa Dori.
