Qatar to launch business class flights to Dallas next year

Qatar Airways, one of the prominent Gulf airlines announced its decision to widen its network across the United States. The airline said it intends to launch flights to Dallas/Fort Worth, making the city its seventh U.S. gateway. The new service is slated for July 1, 2014 launch.

The airline, which is Oneworld alliance member seems to join hands with alliance partner American Airlines for this service. Soon passengers will have another chance to book business class tickets with the airline for travel to the United States. The airline will deploy its flagship Boeing 777-200LR aircraft to fly this route. This aircraft is equipped with a seating capacity for Business Class as well as Economy Class passengers. Overall, the plane can accommodate 42 business class travelers.

The flagship carrier at present offers flights to over 100 destinations worldwide. Within the United States it flies to New York JKF, Washington Dulles, Chicago O’Hare, and Houston Bush International. It plans to commence service to Philadelphia on April 2, 2014, and to Miami on June 10, 2014.

The airline is popular for offering comfort and services to business travelers. Some of its renowned amenities include mood lighting, spacious and well designed cabins, full flat bed seats, on demand menu, flavorful wines, access to world-class airport lounges, designer sleepwear, and branded amenity kits.
