It is a franchise location which is being transferred to the company through an agreement between them and the owner. This dealership agreement is 6th of its kind by the organization in this year. The Red Lion Renton hotel is situated at one of the overcrowded intersection south of Bellevue and Seattle.

Before this hotel changed into an autonomous property known as, the Rainier Hotel and Conference Center, it functioned as the Holiday Inn .
This hotel property provides a heated whirlpool and outdoor pool, Yankee Grill Restaurant, Wi-Fi internet connectivity, and fitness center. The hotel also has large meeting space of 7,000 square feet where events and meetings are organized.
