Singapore Airlines has launched ‘Book the Cook’ service aimed at upgrading in-flight meals and enriching your experience above the clouds. Just sample the delicacies to be offered on board your flight – pan-fried barramundi in pepper sauce, Cantonese roast duck, seared hazelnut-crushed veal fillet and Lobster Thermidor. These are just highlights of only few delicacies and much more awaits you when you book Singapore Airlines flights.

Serving chicken or beef on some of the world’s best airlines have now become passé. The leading international airlines have moved beyond this. The services of expert chefs are being hired by the airlines for enhancing the experience of premium customers. Nowadays, the first class and business class cabins in some major airlines have been virtually transformed into a five-star restaurant.

The exclusive “Book the Cook” service by Singapore Airlines promises to take your travel experience to the next level. Media reports said that the Book the Cook menu being offered on the airline would enable the customers traveling in first class and business class to select from a wide range of dishes prior to their departure, instead of choosing the cuisines from pre-determined in-flight menu, which is though limited in its range.

Singapore Airlines is presently offering few main course meals in business class. However, with the new Book the Cook service the range of meals is going to be increased with eight additional dishes, particularly when booking flights to Melbourne and Sydney.
