Singapore Airlines opens new SilverKris Lounge in Sydney

Singapore Airlines has demonstrated once again that it takes good care of its customers booking business class flights for traveling to/from Sydney.  The airline recently inaugurated its new SilverKris Lounge at Sydney Airport. The newly-opened lounge is a part of Singapore Airline’s plan to upgrade all its airport lounges across the world. The airline has invested millions of dollar for the upgrade.

The new design is based on the concept of ‘home’ and has been designed by a famous interior design and architectural firm ONG&ONG. The business class customers flying to/from Sydney Airport, while relaxing in SilverKris Lounge will get a feeling of ‘being home’ with the distinct personal space that the lounge provides. The airline’s customers can also look forward to dedicated services as well as a wide choice of food and beverages that aptly complements in-flight offerings by the airline.

Singapore Airlines’ Senior Vice President Product & Services Tan Pee Teck said that the airline had been receiving constant updates from the customers. The airline’s offerings have been well appreciated and the customers provide their in-flight experience saying that when flying they get a feeling of ‘home’. He said that considering the customer experience, the airline is delighted to extend this experience even further by providing similar in-flight services on the ground as well. Teck said that the opening of the new SilverKris Lounge at Sydney Airport is a part of this effort.
