SWISS Business class flights to serve André Jaeger cuisines

SWISS airline, living up to its credentials of being a trend setter in the world of luxury traveling, has announced yet another drool-able news for the fans of André Jaeger, a celebrated chef at Schaffhausen’s Fischerzunft restaurant.

For the next three months, passengers traveling on business class seats would savor the delights programmed by the Canton Schaffhausen in Northern Switzerland. The same delights would be served to the first class passengers as well. These specially made dishes would be available for all first and business class travelers flying long haul out of Switzerland as well as select European destinations.

Few of the dishes and starters one can expect during the flights include monkfish satay with wasabi cream beetroot salad served before seared venison medallions with potato dumplings. Chef’s popularity is largely due to his knack of mixing diverse global flavors in traditional SWISS food. Wines would follow the culinary delights in these cheap business class flights.
