TAM Flights New Baggage Policies

TAM Airlines has added another feather to its cap of conveniences, so to speak, for the international travelers. Now international travelers are allowed to carry 1 personal item and 1 bag in all international economy seats. That means you can carry more when flying on TAM flights.

Here is the breakdown of policies regarding carry on and checked baggage for all TAM Airlines flights:

Carry On baggage

For all Brazil based domestic flights and economy International flights, travelers can carry 1 bag and 1 personal item.

For US and Europe bound business and first class flights, passengers can carry 2 bags and 1 personal item.  The weight should not exceed 10 lbs and dimensions should not exceed 45 in. (excluding exceptions)

Checked baggage policy

Europe and North America bound economy class travelers can carry 2 piece of luggage with each not exceeding 71 lbs and 62 in. The same applies to other international Business and First class passengers.
