Virgin America acknowledged Best Premium Class airline in U.S.

Virgin America has been voted as the “Best Premium Class” among U.S. domestic carriers. The airline was voted in a recently-conducted Conde Nast Traveler's 2013 Business Travel Poll. A total of 79,000 business travelers participated in the poll. The independent survey is held every year in which the magazine’s readers traveling in business class actively participate.

Virgin America has been ranked as the top U.S. airline offering Premium Class service for the sixth consecutive year. This revelation was made in the October issue of Conde Nast Traveler which has now hit the newsstands now. According to the magazine, Virgin America, which offers a unique flight experience, gained an overall score of 86.5 out of 100 to rank number one in this category among all domestic carriers.

A top official of Virgin America said that ever since its launch in 2007, Virgin America has succeeded in winning the loyalty of business class travelers by offering the topnotch service, beautiful design and a wide assortment of high-tech amenities. The business travelers boarding Virgin America flights are offered an “office in the sky” with fleet-wide Wi-Fi power outlets and personal entertainment at every seat. The premium travelers are offered 38 inch of seat pitch with about 6 inches more legroom.

Apart from custom-designed comfortable seats, the airline among other amenities also offer unlimited complimentary cocktails and snacks, an all-access pass to in-flight media content (including free movies and premium TV like HBO and Showtime), priority security access/boarding, dedicated overhead bin space and one free checked bag.
