Frontier Airlines quitting Wichita because of under performance

Frontier Airlines flights will not be plying any more to Wichita. The airline recently disclosed that its “under performance” on this route is the key factor which is forcing it to stop flight operations out of here.

The news that Frontier Airlines is quitting Mid-Continent Airport has greatly disappointed those customers who depend on low fares being provided by the airline to fly west.

Frontier Airlines had been serving Wichita for the past 5 years. Most of the customers from this region heavily relied upon the airline when flying west.

Media reports quoted a disappointed passenger as saying that the airline is pretty good and that he had booked Frontier Airlines flights tickets at quite low fares several times out west to California, Colorado. The passenger exclaimed that Frontier Airlines was a pretty cheap airline.

After Frontier Airlines finally grounded its flights at Wichita effective November 15 this year, flying in that direction is going to cost the passengers more in the near future.
