Frontier to connect Wilmington/Philadelphia with Fort Myers
Frontier Airlines, the low cost American carrier announced that it will connect the cities of Wilmington/Philadelphia with Fort Myers, Florida. The airline is set to start service on the new route beginning November 16, 2013.
This new route will be offering a nonstop service from Wilmington/Philadelphia New Castle Airport to Fort Myers to its passengers. The airline expects a strong customer response on its latest Wilmington/Philadelphia-Fort Myers route.
The airline also commenced its flights to five other destination cities of Chicago-Midway, Denver, Houston, Orlando and Tampa Bay within the United States from July 1.
Daniel Shurz, Frontier's Senior Vice President, Commercial expressed his excitement at the announcement. He said that customers who board Frontier Airlines flights at Wilmington/Philadelphia will now be able to skip the congested and expensive hubs and also be able to travel conveniently at low-cost to one of the new destinations including Fort Myers.
Frontier is based in Denver, Colorado and operates flights to 74 destinations across the United States and other countries. The airline’s main hub is located at Denver International Airport.
