JetBlue adds another chapter to its success story by adding new route to Puerto Rico from Connecticut

JetBlue Airways continues its network expansion at San Juan (SJU) in Puerto Rico. By operating daily flights from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT (BDL), the airlines directly targets the daily operations of American Airlines.

This newly launched sector came into functionality from January 5, 2012 and is operated by 150-seat A320s. In an interview, JetBlue's director of route planning, John Checketts said the airlines is extremely proud of this newly launched nonstop service as it will support the family and business ties between San Juan and Hartford.

With this addition JetBlue Airways takes to be Puerto Rico's largest carrier when measured by available seat miles.
