JetBlue Airways upgrades frequent flyer program, introduces TrueBlue Mosaic

JetBlue Airways recently announced it has upgraded its existing customer loyalty program and introduced a new TrueBlue Mosaic program.

To be officially launched in Fall 2012, TrueBlue Mosaic is designed to add more value to the frequent flyer program members taking JetBlue Airways flights.

The airline in a statement said that the existing members of JetBlue Airways’ loyalty program TrueBlue will be automatically upgraded to TrueBlue Mosaic upon earning 15,000 base flight points or should have completed 30 flight segments and have earned at least 12,000 base flight points in a calendar year.

The airline stated that the existing TrueBlue members who have already attained eligibility for TrueBlue Mosaic will be notified about this and will be enrolled automatically in the program this fall.

The facilities being offered under TrueBlue Mosaic frequent flyer program includes free second checked bag, early boarding with early access to overhead bin space, free Even More Speed providing expedited security at 36 airports, and many others.
