Spirit Airlines partners with a firm to provide On-the-Go Concierge services

Spirit Airlines recently announced partnership with a firm MyAssist aimed at providing personal assistance and concierge services to customers taking Spirit Airlines flights.

The passengers availing Spirit Concierge services will be required to pay $9.99, which will be provided by US’ premier personal assistance and concierge service provider MyAssist.

Passengers making Frontier Airlines flight reservations will be able to take the assistance of Spirit Concierge representatives, who will be delivering a broad range of personal assistance services – from trip-planning logistics, securing reservations and event tickets, to emergency assistance in a time of need.

Michael Pewther, Spirit Airlines’ Senior Director of Sales, said that the airline wants to offer its passengers an array of value-added services to enhance their travel experience. He further said that Spirit Concierge will be offering the passengers high-quality personal assistance available 24/7/365 throughout their entire trip experience at an affordable price.

Spirit Airlines currently operates more than 190 daily flights to over 45 destinations throughout the US, Latin America and Caribbean.
