Spirit Airlines to launch daily flights between San Diego and Los Cabos

Spirit Airlines recently announced it will be launching new San Diego-Los Cabos route in November this year. The airline in a statement said that Spirit Airlines flights between San Diego and Los Cabos, Mexico would start operations from November 8, 2012. The flights would operate on a daily basis.

According to the airline, it will take only 1 hour and 50 minutes of flying time to reach from San Diego to Los Cabos. The airline stated that the airport at Los Cabos serves both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.

The airline revealed that Sothern Californians have considered San Diego-Los Cabos route to be quite popular for long and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The airline would be offering round-trip Spirit Airlines flights tickets starting under $300 for travel on this new route.

Spirit Airlines said that the flight will depart San Diego’s Lindberg Field Airport at 10.10 am and will arrive at Los Cabos at 1.15 pm. The return flight would depart Los Cabos at 2.15 pm and would arrive into San Diego at 3.15 pm.
