WOW Air Declares to Add Vancouver to its Route Starting from June 2019

WOW Air, an Icelandic ultra-low cost airline has declared to begin its new route from the UK to Vancouver and the service would soon commence from June 2019. Essentially, it’s the first carrier that has planned to offer long-haul, low cost flights to the destination.

Vancouver is widely popular for its vibrant seaport, snow-capped mountains and vivacious natural beauty, the airline’s low fare would surely inspire travelers to visit Vancouver and experience its charm.

The first flight will depart to YVR from LGW via Reykjavik on June 6, 2019. It has been stated that the jetliners would be operational from June to October six times a week. A321neo aircraft will be serviced for transatlantic flight for the journey.

The total flight journey from Reykjavik to Vancouver is approximately seven hours fifty-five minutes and further from London Gatwick, the total journey takes around 14 hours comprising stopovers as well.
