Emirates Airline increases capacity on Dubai-Manchester route, upgrades flights

Emirates Airline has increased its capacity on Dubai-Manchester route. The airline recently upgraded Emirates Airline flights being operated during evening to a three-class version of Boeing aircraft instead of the existing two-class Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

Earlier, the airline also made a similar change on the morning service between Dubai and Manchester Airport in August this year. With the recent upgrade, Emirates Airline will now also offer the opportunity to its customers to book tickets in first class as well on all three daily flights services out of Manchester.

Laurie Berryman, Emirates Airline's UK Vice President, said that the airline has witnessed a consistent growth in the number of passengers from Manchester ever since the airline added the city in its flight network in 1990.

So far, Emirates Airline has carried over 5 million passengers from Manchester since the first launch of the route. Manchester is the third European route on the airline’s network after London and Frankfurt.

Apart from London, Frankfurt and Manchester, Emirates Airline also operates flights from Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow and Newcastle to Dubai.
