Emirates offering ‘Change Your Booking’ online option

Emirates recently introduced ‘Change Your Booking’ online option for its passengers to alter their own travel plans online.

This new option will now enable passengers making Emirates flight reservations to update their time and date of travel, add flights or upgrade to first or business class online.

Whether booking their Emirates flights tickets through phone, website or travel agent, the passengers can alter or add to their travel itinerary online at any time of the day on their own.

Bob Kabli, Vice President – E-Commerce of Emirates, said that the airline had always wanted to make travel for its passengers as seamless and enjoyable as possible. He said that with this online feature changes to itinerary has been made quite easy and simple, whether a family is deciding to add a stopover to their holiday plans, a businessperson who needs to see their client a day earlier than expected or friends deciding to upgrade and experience First Class service.
