Four Seasons New York Downtown Hotel has recently been inaugurated in Tribeca. This is the 99th five-star property to be opened by leading global hotel chain Four Seasons. The hotel is strategically located and easily accessible from the Oculus, the World Trade Center and Wall Street. It can also be reached within an hour from major airports in New York.
The five-star Four Seasons New York Downtown Hotel comprises of 159 private residences, and 189 suites and rooms. The hotel offers five types of suites – Executive suites, Hudson suites, Gotham suites, Royal suite and the Tribeca suite. Apart from these suites, the customers visiting the hotel are also offered rooms in different categories such as entry-level Deluxe rooms, Premier rooms and Grand Premier rooms.
The Executive suites offer a space of 67 square meters, while Hudson suites offer 84 square meters of space. Some common features prominently found in both suites include separate bedrooms and sitting rooms, a 140 cm Ultra HD Smart TV, an iPad for accessing hotel services, a marble bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and one king sized bed plus one rollaway or crib. However, Hudson suites additionally offer a dining table accommodating four persons, and a separate guest bathroom along with an in-mirror TV in the master bathroom.
The hotel also offers four specialty Gotham suites, with two of them having a private terrace. Gotham suites offer 67 square meter of space. The amenities offered here include a separate living room, a bedroom with one king size bed, and a marble bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The Gotham suites with terrace are though expensive.
The Royal Suite is biggest of them all with an area of 223 square meters covering half of the 24th floor. The Royal suite comprises of six separate rooms, a dining room for accommodating up to 10 guests, a living room, a bedroom with one king size bed, a media room, an office, and a marble bathroom with towel racks, heated floor tiles, steam shower and a soaking tub.
The Tribeca Suite is situated on the 23rd floor and is spread in an area of 113 square meters. The guests planning to stay in the Tribeca Suite can look forward to a bedroom with one king size bed, dining room for accommodating six persons, a living room, and marble bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub. The bookings for both the unique specialty suites – Royal Suite and Tribeca Suite – can be only done by phone.
