Qatar Airways now first to launch double beds in business class

Qatar Airways recently launched its new business class suite called “Qsuite” and offers double beds to its customers. This has also made Qatar Airways world’s first airline to introduce a double bed in business class. A fully reclinable double bed is prominently featured enclosed with partition panels ensuring unmatched privacy for premium customers traveling in the newly introduced Qsuites.

Media reports quoting travel experts said that Qatar Airways has always wanted to ahead in the competition and set a benchmark in the commercial aviation industry. With the launch of its innovative Qsuite business class seating on Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, Qatar’s national carrier has once again proved that it continues to remain a global pioneer as ever, particularly when it comes to making flying an awesome, luxurious experience. The reports further stated that the business class customers can look forward to a comfortable good night’s sleep in the air just in the same way as it is on the ground.

The unique feature of Qsuite is that apart from transforming to a double bed whenever the customer wants to sleep, its middle section can also be opened to make spaces into a 4-person area offering socializing opportunities for fellow passengers. Qatar Airways said that the Qsuite will be initially offered to customers traveling on business class flights from Doha to London Heathrow.
