Chautauqua Airlines commenced operation in 1974. It is a part of the Republic Holdings Group. It operates about 700 daily scheduled flights to several destinations across the United States and Canada. Predominantly the airline does not operate under its own brand name. It operates under express banners for four major airlines in the United States. These airlines include US Airways, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and American Airlines. The aircrafts run by the airline sport logos of the respective airlines that it serves. Its hubs comprise Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Philadelphia International Airport. Its headquarters are located in Indianapolis. It has been decorated with several awards some of which include Regional Airline of the Year in 2004, Airline Executive of the Year by Regional Airline World in 2004, Regional Airline of the Year, Aviation Excellence Award in 2006, Aviation Excellence Award in 2008. Its fleet includes Embraer ERJ 145LR and Embraer ERJ 140LR aircrafts.
