Its endeavors are directed at offering passengers comforts throughout their journey. The airline has inked codeshare deals with several airlines to expand its own presence. It has been honored with the ‘IATA Best In-Flight Programming for a European Airline’ award. In the year 2007, it was awarded the ‘Commitment to Excellence in Europe.’ Its fleet comprises aircrafts from Airbus series. Its frequent flyer program is named Sunmile.
