The airline was based in Vilnius and was founded on 19th September 1991. It ceased operating its flights in 2009. Due to the global economic crisis the airlines started suffering in 2008; it was in December that year that SCH Swiss Capital bought all its shares. After the bailout proposals were rejected by the government, the airlines stopped operating its flights on January 17, 2009. The airline had it’s headquarter in Vilnius, Lithuanian. The aim of the airlines was to provide passengers efficient and praise worthy services at a reasonable price.

While the airline was operational its efficiency and performance was recognized several times. The fleet of the airlines consisted of Boeing 737-200, Boeing 737-300, Boeing 737-500, Boeing 757-200, Saab 2000 and Saab 340 aircrafts.
