Wideroes Flyveselskap, a privately owned regional carrier in Scandinavia, came into existence on 19th February 1934 with the initiative of five friends. This largest regional carrier in Scandinavia is headquartered in Bodø, Norway. The airline conducts flight services to the Scandinavian region from its different hubs located at Bodø Airport, Alta Airport, Oslo-Torp, Bergen Airport, Oslo-Gardermoen and Tromsø Airport. Widerøe is presently operating above 450 flights daily to 47 domestic destinations in Norway and other destinations in the Scandinavian region. The airline owns a fleet of 42 Bombardier Dash-8 aircrafts. These include 11 Bombardier Dash-8 Q400, 3 Bombardier Dash-8 Q200, 20 Bombardier Dash-8 100 and 8 Bombardier Dash-8 300.

Travel Classes:

Wideroes Flyveselskap provides two classes of travel to its customers – Business Class and Economy Class. The airline offers five types of ticket – Economy, Flex, Full Flex, Youth Ticket and Student Ticket.

Business Class

  • One hand luggage of a maximum 8 kg
  • Two free checked baggage of up to 23 kg each
  • Complimentary breakfast before 9.30 am and delicious meal during after 9.30 am on flights to/from UK

Economy Class
