Air France Premiere first class passengers avail the heightened level of service at the JetQuay Lounge of the CIP Terminal at Changi Airport. CIP has been specially designed for the highest-tier clientele.

According to Rapheal Liang, public relations manager, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand for Air France KLM said that in CDG (Charles de Gaulle), Air France has its own fashionable first class facility but previously our first class and business class passengers at changi used shared lounge with other airlines.

Now that La Premiere passenger can go to JetQuay and welcomed by staff who will assist upon departure and transit with baggage check-in or retrieval and airport formalities.

Liang revealed that services for first class travellers vary from airport to airport and depend on their security regulations.
