Turkish Airlines recently launched its first flight to Genoa on June 8, 2011.
Genoa is the fifth flight destination of Turkish Airlines in Italy. The other destinations include Rome, Milan, Venice and Bologna.
Initially, the airline will operate flights three times per week on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
However, Turkish Airlines plans to increase the flights to four times per week effective June 27, 2011, which will be operated on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The airline in a statement said that the Roundtrip airfares from Istanbul to Genoa will be on sale with the reduced prices starting from 199 Euros including taxes and fees for the travels starting before December 31, 2011.
