Icelandair recently announced it will be launching its international flights services to Toronto from March this year.
The airline in a statement said that it will be introducing year-round flights to Toronto starting from March 8, 2013. The flights will be operated four times every week and will offer the customers a chance to book cheap air tickets for travel between Reykjavik and Toronto.
Icelandair said that Toronto will be its fifth North American destination where year-round flights services would be offered. The other four North American destinations include Denver, Seattle, New York and Boston.
A spokesperson of Icelandair said that the launch of the new flights between Toronto and Reykjavik is aimed at providing seamless access to the customers of the two countries, Iceland and Canada, and bring them closer by offering multiple travel options.
Icelandair also revealed that it would be launching daily flights to Paris and Amsterdam from Reykjavik next winter.
