The customers who purchased Frontier Airlines flight tickets on or before February 7, 2013 will now be allowed to change their travel plans because of the expected impact of a winter storm.
The airline in a statement said that those customers who had already book Frontier Airlines flights and were scheduled to travel on February 8-9, 2013 will be allowed itinerary changes.
The airline also stated that it will be waiving change fees for its customers who were scheduled to travel to, from or through Trenton, New York (LaGuardia), Harrisburg and Allentown.
According to Frontier Airlines, the customers to be impacted by the winter storm would be permitted to make one itinerary change, and they need to ensure that the origin and destination cities would continue to remain the same.
The customers are however required to make the changes to their travel plans by February 9, 2013. The customers would be required to complete their travel to/from Allentown, New York (LaGuardia) and Harrisburg by February 16, 2013. Those traveling to/from Trenton will have to complete their travel by February 23, 2013.
The airline further said that those customers wanting to reschedule their travel after February 16 or February 23 (in case of Trenton), 2013 would be required to pay the difference in fares.
