Etihad Airways has started operating daily nonstop flights from Abu Dhabi to Washington D.C., making it Etihad’s first ever direct flight between the capitals of the two countries.
Keeping in mind the firm need of both the business and leisure travel the airline decided to introduce this service between the two capital cities. In order to meet the demand, Etihad will offer 3360 sets across all sections per week between the two seats. As per the airline official, they have witnessed an over whelming response towards the booking on this flight.
Abu Dhabi - Washington D.C. service will be operated by Airbus A340-500 fleet and will be offer a three-class cabin structure to passengers. The aircraft will have 12 Diamond first Class Seats, 28 Pearl Business Class Seats and 200 Coral Economy Class Seats. Etihad Airways CEO, James Hogan said that in a week's time the airline will also be opening an ultra modern, ultra luxurious Business Class Lounge at the Terminal A of Washington Dulles Airport to cater to the needs of the Elite passengers.
