Mexican carrier Aeromexico recently launched its new product aimed at providing cheap airfares and a host of other benefits for its customers traveling frequently between the United States and Mexico.
 
The new product is named Aeromexico Contigo. The airline said that it will be using Boeing BA 737-800 aircraft to implement the Aeromexico Contigo programme, which will significantly optimize operating costs thus translating into lower pricing.

The benefits to be offered to the customers taking advantage of this new product include increased legroom, as well as personalized attention by Aeromexico call centre agents.

These benefits would be in addition to Aeromexico’s existing baggage policy for travel between Mexico and U.S., which includes free checked first bag weighing 25 kg and one carry-on bag weighing 10 kg. For those traveling from the U.S. to Mexico, free checked first bag weighing 23 kg and one carry-on bag weighing 10 kg are allowed.  The new offering would be implemented in October 2013.
