United Airlines is committed to offer better services and a
comfortable flying experience to its customers. United Airlines has
recently introduced its new signature seat design promising maximum
comfort to its customers. Apart from customer comfort, the airline is
also focusing on environmental responsibility, with a modern,
sophisticated look.
United Airlines said that it would be deploying new seats on hundreds of
its aircrafts offering flights services within the United States,
Canada, Central America and the Caribbean. The new design is being
introduced with a Bombardier CRJ700 being presently operated by United
Express carrier SkyWest Airlines. The airline expects to deploy the new
look design on its domestic mainline aircraft as well as on regional
aircraft that is operated by United Express carriers. United Airlines
ultimately plans to introduce the new design on more than 60,000 seats
on more than 500 aircrafts. By 2015, the airline expects the new seat
design to be introduced on approximately 400 aircrafts.
Providing details about the new design, United Airlines said that this
includes bold elements, more ergonomic and supportive cushioning, and
additional seat-back storage space in United Economy Plus and United
Economy.
