Air Canada announced today that it will be increasing both its connectivity and seat capacity on its Vancouver-Terrace route. At present Air Canada flights to Terrace from Vancouver flies four daily flights, which will be increased to five.
Vancouver-Terrace flight is operated by a Dash-8-300 flight with a flight capacity of 200 passengers. This capacity will be increased by 25% from the starting of July 2013.
The airline decided to boost up this sector following the passenger traffic record reported by the airport for the year 2012. Air Canada also plans to fly more people between Vancouver and Smithers, British Columbia. It will be boosting Vancouver-Smithers seat capacity by 50% by May 2013.
