Mexico’s national flag carrier Aeromexico recently announced it will be increasing its frequency between Chicago and Mexico City in July 2013. The airline in a statement said that the new Aeromexico flights frequency on Chicago-Mexico City route would be operational from July 15.
According to Aeromexico, this would be its third direct flight between Mexico City and Chicago. The airline would be operating flights with increased frequency utilizing a Boeing 737 aircraft configured with 132 seats. The return flight would be on the same day.
The airline stated that the frequencies on Chicago-Mexico City route would be increased because of the growing travel demand from leisure and business travelers.
Aeromexico currently has a vast network offering seamless connections within Mexico and Latin America.
The new frequency would enable customers to connect from Mexico City to Merida, Veracruz, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco and Cancun.
Aeromexico further indicated that it will also be increasing its frequencies from Houston and San Francisco to Mexico City starting from July 15, 2013.
