Toronto Jazz Festival (June 20-29, 2013) – A treat for hardcore jazz lovers, the Toronto Jazz Festival will feature both Canadian and international acts. Traditional bebop, fusion and free jazz are the menu for the show. This year’s event will feature world-famous jazz artists like Martha Reeves, Steve Martin, Smokey Robison, Mavis Staples and Willie Nelson etc.
Toronto Fringe Festival (July 3 -14, 2013) – The Toronto Fringe Festival presents a great platform for both homegrown and international artists, and also the famous and emerging ones to present their work and art to the audience. Dance and music shows, dramas and theater are some of the highlights of the events.
Hot & Spicy Food Festival (August 30 – September 2, 2013) – If you are a foodie then this Hot and Spicy Food Festival is for you. The event will be held at the Harbourfront Centre. The gourmet festival explores a wide range of hot and scrumptious food from across the world. The event will attract big names from the food industry, both locals and international chefs.
Salsa on St. Clair (July 13-14, 2013) – This two day street festival celebrates the introduction and origin of salsa dancing along with street parades, food, live music and of course salsa dancing. You can also learn graceful salsa moves in the show.
