Price War among US carriers heighten cheap flights prospects for Fall
Various U.S. carriers are now bitterly engaged in airfare war increasing cheap flights prospects for customers this fall.
Currently, major airlines in the United States like Southwest Airlines and American Airlines are vying with each other to attract air travelers to their sides in a big way by offering cheap tickets.
Battling aggressively to grab a large chunk of aviation business in a full-fledged fall airfare war, Dallas-based carrier Southwest Airlines fired the first salvo lowering airfares significantly. The airline has cut fares on some of the routes and is now offering cheap tickets starting as low as $69 each way.
American Airlines is also not to be left behind and entered the fray giving some tough moments to its rival Southwest Airlines. The customers can now take the best advantage of this opportunity to book cheap flights between Fort Lauderdale and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport starting from $228 round-trip. Cheap tickets can be booked for flights starting mid-August to early November.
Aviation experts say that now with lower fuel prices and if prices continue to be steady then air travelers will have good time in the months ahead with cheap tickets being offered by several U.S. carriers.
