There was a problem yesterday involving 3 bookings: 34xx57, 34xx03, 346xxx. The
airline, GOMOKULELE, departed 1 hour early, without notice, resulting in my clients
missing their flight.
I called the airline and was told that only Farebuzz could make the change. When
I spoke to Dina she took the situation to the proper people, stayed on the situation,
working with Andrea to assure the clients were re-accommodated. Both of these people
went above and beyond what was expected, especially since this was not a problem
originating with Farebuzz, but clearly with the airport staff of GOMOKULELE.

I recently had a death in the family and was required to make some changes to my
flights to be able to attend the services of my son. I called your customer service
number that was answered by Alice Wadhwa.
Not only did Alice help me with what I needed to do as far as flights but she went
way above what you would expect. After making my changes she sent me and email to
remind me not to let the airline check my bag all the way throught to my origanal
destenation so I would not have a problem. During my trip I had other things that
happen due to the changes I had to make and at every turn Alice fixed the problem
and in a very timely manner. At one of the worst times of my life when you are stressed
to the max, traveling at a peak time of year, Alice was made a very difficult time
much better for me.
I can not thank her enough for what she did for me. I could tell in talking to her
it was how she takes care of all of her customers which is sadly is not the norm
in customer service.

to Brussels on Jet Airways business class.
We found Jet Airways to be extremely professional with excellent accommodation.
The seats are very luxurious and recline completely flat with a large pillow and
bedding. The service is very good and attentive without being intrusive, with first
rate food. We especially enjoyed the Indian selections.
The seating arrangement is outstanding with great privacy for each seat, with the
seats in a herring bone arrangement and only three rows of single seats across the
width of the aircraft. There are also large individual TV screens with good headsets.
We were able to sleep and arrive relatively rested
The cost of the fare, while not inexpensive, compared favorably with other carriers.

Fare Buzz, a leading provider of consolidated airfares available exclusively to
travel agents and corporate travel planners, is celebrating the one-year anniversary
of its online booking engine, Farebuzz.com. Agents who book on the Web site through
October have a chance to win free coach tickets for domestic or international travel.
